Sadosa Ridge’s energy contract expired with their selected energy company which caused the energy company to charge the property double their regular payment. Performance worked closely with the energy company to reconcile the costs and then transferred the energy service to a new energy provider that saved Sadosa over $2,000 per month compared to the previous company’s invoices.

Performance has managed this community’s utilities since 2016 resulting in nearly $58,000 in savings from our negotiations and partnerships with low-cost energy providers.
